Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 weeks for Processing & Shipping on all custom orders. Rush Order Options are also available for an additional fee of $25. A Rush Fee is advised for all orders needed less than 2 weeks from date order is placed. Please make sure to include event date for all rush orders via email or in description field at checkout.
Order Pick Up
Local Pick Up Options are available for orders made by Releventz Decor in New Jersey (South) ONLY. Once order is completed instructions will be sent via email on how to pick up your order including the scheduled time and exact location.
Refund & Return Policy
All Sales are final due to customization. No Refunds or Returns Offered. No Exceptions!​
